RETURN CONDITIONS

The conditions of CORRAL Australia providing a refund or credit are that:

  • the goods are returned to the original purchase location within 30 days following the date when the goods where delivered to you. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the sole discretion of CORRAL Australia in which case only a CORRAL Australia Online Shop or CORRAL Australia Retail Shop credit will be offered;
  • proof of purchase to CORRAL Australia satisfaction is provided, in the form of the CORRAL Australia transactional receipt, email or invoice; and
  • the items are in their original condition, meaning that:
    • all tags are still intact;
    • the items are in their original packaging; and
    • the items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed (this includes sole markings or scratches).

This clause does not apply where an item has a manufacturing defect which has been brought to our attention within 6 months of the purchase date.

When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

CORRAL ONLINE SHOP RETURNS

Please note that Online Shop returns must be returned to Corral Australia, Store 28- Emporium, 1000 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Queensland 4006, Australia within 30 days following the reception of the goods. 

Full-Priced Items
Full-priced items purchased from the CORRAL Australia Online Shop may be returned and then a refund or  CORRAL Australia Online Shop credit (at your election) will be issued, provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.

Sale Items
‘Sale’ or ‘markdown’ items purchased from the CORRAL Australia Online Shop may only be returned for CORRAL Australia Online Shop credit, provided that the item(s) meet the conditions for full-priced item returns.

Exchanges of CORRAL Online Shop Purchases
If your purchase meets the return conditions, you are able to return your item and purchase an alternative item.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Return CORRAL Australia Online Shop

The item(s) must meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Returns will not be accepted without an approved Return Authorization.

  1. Please email: info@corral.com.au to request a Returns Authorization, including the reason of return.
  2. Alternatively you can fill out the Exchange Request Form that is available in your Account Orders page.
  3. Once approved by our staff, all returns must be sent via registered post. The return address does not have a ‘Drop Off’ option. Send your return item(s)to:

Returned items must be received by CORRAL Australia Online Shop at the address above within 5 business days of CORRAL Australia Online Shop issuing the Return Authorization.

Return Shipping

Return shipping must be sent back to the CORRAL Australia Online Store within 30 days of receipt. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

CORRAL Australia takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by CORRAL Australia. 

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days. Return outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of CORRAL Australia and may only be refunded as an online store credit. 

 

FAULTY RETURNS

The CORRAL Australia Online Shop can assist you with your return of a faulty item by offering you a number of solutions:

  • a replacement product (if possible); or
  • credit; or
  • a refund of the original purchase amount (except if the original purchase was made using a credit note 

CORRAL Australia will only offer you a repair, exchange, credit or refund if:

  • the goods are returned within a reasonable time, no later than 4 weeks after receiving the boots (or product); and
  • proof of purchase to CORRAL Australia satisfaction is provided, in the form of the CORRAL Australia transactional receipt, email or invoice; and
  • upon assessment by CORRAL Australia:
    • the item is considered faulty; or
    • the item is considered to hold a manufacturing fault; or
    • in respect to CORRAL Australia Online Shop purchases, the item varies significantly to the CORRAL Australia Online Shop description and/or images; or
    • in respect to CORRAL Australia Online Shop purchases, the item delivered is not the item that was ordered.

CORRAL Australia will not offer a repair, exchange, credit or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item. 

*Please note that for faulty items, purchased from a CORRAL stockist you are required to return the item to the relevant stockist.

 

CREDIT POLICY

If you have requested a credit, your item(s) must be returned to the original place of purchase; CORRAL Australia Online Shop. 

CORRAL Online Shop Credit
If you are to receive a credit for CORRAL Australia Online Shop, the credits are applied to your CORRAL Australia Online Shop Account once your return has been processed. CORRAL Australia Online Shop credits are valid for 6 months and can be used for purchases via the CORRAL Australia Online Shop only.

You can check your CORRAL Australia Online Shop credit balance by logging on to your account. To use your credit, you will have the option in the checkout on the payment step to use CORRAL Australia Online Shop credits. To login to your account click here

REFUND POLICY

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund must be returned to the original place of purchase; CORRAL Australia Online Shop. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method; online store credit to your CORRAL Australia account or credit or debit card, the cardholder and the same card are required.

CORRAL Australia Online Shop Refund
CORRAL Australia Online Shop, returns are processed in accordance with our processing procedures. Processing of refunds can take up to 5 business days on our side but due to varying processing times between payment providers time may vary to show on your account. You will receive an email from CORRAL Australia Customer Care when your refund has been processed.

If you return what you bought for refund, a small handling fee of $30 will be deducted from your refund.

If you are outside Australia, we will offer a refund for the goods minus a $60 AUD handling fee, but no shipping or other expenses will be refunded.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Certain legislation including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth), and similar consumer protection laws and regulations may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of goods or services to you by us which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Our liability is governed solely by the ACL and this Policy and in relation to the CORRAL Online Shop, any terms of use and purchase specified on the website.

If you are a consumer as defined in the ACL, the following notice applies to you: “Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”

AMENDMENT

This Policy may be amended from time to time by CORRAL Australia, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check CORRAL Australia’s current Terms, before making any purchase. Our agents, employees and third parties do not have authority to change the Terms.
