Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped promptly, so it depends on where you live. Shipping information as follows...

- Orders placed before 8am Australian Eastern Standard Time are shipped on the same business day, otherwise the following business day.

- Free Standard shipping on orders above $200 (AUD)(Unfortunately, all of our swag products do not include the Free Shipping policy.)- Express shipping is an additional $15(Exclude Swags)

- We ship with Australia Post and International Express.(Exclude Swags)- Our prices include delivery within Australia and New Zealand.'

- Most other International orders are 30 to 40 $AUD per order. This does not cover any duties, fees and taxes charged by country of destination

.- You will be notified by email and/or SMS when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Can I return my order?

- Of Course! We have a 30 day money back guarantee.

- As long as you return your purchase in the same as-new condition that you recieved it

- And please, make sure everything is returned with the original packaging and tags attached.

- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.

- Any exchanges are sent free of charge if you are in Australia or New Zealand

What if I buy the wrong size?

- No problem! We have a quick turn-around system to get you on track and into the right size promptly!

- Simply reply to your order confirmation email and we will get you sorted out ASAP

- If for some reason we cant supply what you need then we will offer you a full refund

- Also, we will always welcome you to come to our store and try on the products before buying.

Policies

Warranty Claims

- Warranty claims are rare but from time to time this can happen with any manufactured product.

- Outback Traders always work with suppliers who guarantee their products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.

- We have a process whereby we organise the replacement, repair or credit of items where the fault is deemed to be a direct result of a manufacturing fault or materials defect.

- Note that this, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear and nor does it apply to any product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.-

If the product is new then action will be taken immediately. If the product is worn then we will need to assess first.

- Please arrange prior authorisation for returns. All returns (and especially boots) must be returned clean free of dirt and dust.
